Step 2: After an initial discussion, about what you are trying to accomplish, we look at the basic documentation to get a feel of the project and build a preliminary scope. The scope of work generally consist of level of details, extent of area to be visualized, architectural complexity, number of views, deliverables.
What data do we need from you? We typically work with CAD documentation, sketches, material samples, cut sheets, and site photography. In addition, 3D models are also used as a solid reference, if provided by the client.
Step 3: After submission of data and marketing brief, we provide a quote. Upon approval of the quote, a palette is shared to give you the feel of the materials, textures and lighting of the output image(s).
Step 4: Upon approval of palette, production is initiated and a protype is produced and shared with the client for the approval of camera angle. Upon approval of the prototype, the client is expected to make at least 50 percent of the service fee via paypal or wire transfer.
Step 5: The project team then works on the final deliverable. A low-resolution image is shared with client for approval and final alterations/amendments
Step 6: After rectifying amendments, the client is then requested to submit the final 50 percent of the total fee. On submission, the final copy is then sent to the client as per the requested format.
Step 7: This process can also be facilitated through major online freelancing websites such as Elance, Odesk, Guru, etc.
